Allana was chosen to be a part of Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her off the field. It took many years for Allana to re-enter rugby league. Allana made her women's debut in rugby league against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana added radio to the game, and has frequent appearances in the 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is a qualified teacher outside of the sport world. Allana Ferguson is the only Australian to represent Australia in both rugby sevens and rugby league, as well as touch. Jillaroos' star Allana Ferguson was forced to bring an early conclusion to her professional rugby professional career following the tear of her ACL a fourth time. Ferguson tore the ACL four times before, at ages 15, 17 and 20. After the fourth time she was injured, her professional career was over. Ferguson is JILLAROOS's player who was forced to quit early because of a fourth tear to the ACL of her left. Ferguson was injured in November in a practice session. The Courier Mail confirmed the announcement this week. Ferguson has been the woman's representative in the women's league for the past couple of seasons.
